Frequently Asked Questions

Answers for All Your Inquiries

Hiring a new Arborist can be difficult, which is why we've gathered a list of some of the most common questions we get from new clients. If your question isn’t answered, please feel free to get in touch and we'll help you as much as we can.

Are you insured and licensed to do the job?

At Brownies Tree, we value the safety of our clients, workers, and the property we're working on, as we know how dangerous the job can be. Because of those concerns, we have always been insured and have been reliable arborists for over two decades. At every job, there is a licensed arborist on site to ensure everything is running smoothly.

Do you do wood removal and if so, what's done with the wood afterwards?

Yes, we do wood removal! The wood is then turned into mulch and sold to customers. A portion of the mulch we produce is donated to families in need.

When is it recommended to remove a tree?

The best time to remove a tree is when:

- A tree or a large portion of it is dead or nearly dead

- A tree's condition presents serious danger to people, animals, or property

- A tree's position is obstructing a property entrance, exit, or trafficked area

- A tree is located in the path of a new building or construction
